Check out this BEAUTIFUL NC GROUPER that Michael and Gayle brought up from the NC Coast this morning!  Add some NC Shrimp and let them swim in a caper-white wine-roast garlic sauce over home made pasta.....THAT IS LOCAL PEOPLE!
