Jumbo Soft Shell Crab - with a balsamic-cilantro-chipotle aioli

Lobster & Shrimp Phyllo Pillow in a spinach-tomato-garlic cream sauce.
Grilled Tuna - with jalapeno, fresh tomato-cilantro sauce over cappellini.
Thai Medley - Grilled Swordfish, shrimp & mussels in a coconut, chili, kaffir lime broth over glass noodles.

So, for those of you headed out to the Bob Dylan concert - stop in for a pizza prior to the gig!
We have tons of amazing pizza tonight, but our Chef Donny has the evening off due to being tangled up in blues, therefore the saute station is closed for the evening, but as I stated - we have faboulous pizza and plenty to choose from as well as beautiful soups and salads. Back to our regular full menu Friday, I'll let you know the specials then! CHEERS!
