Happy Hump Day!  Chef Donny has a beautiful NC Grouper and Shrimp in a lemon-butter-pesto-caper wine sauce over linguini.  He's also got a Putenesca with Shrimp,Clams, Mussels, over angel hair and the catch of the day....Tuna!  See you tonight!

Weekend of 5/24/2013
Happy Friday!  Join us for the AMAZING weather and kick off your Memorial Day celebrations at the Pizza Kitchen.  From Chef Donny tonight - Jumbo Shrimp & Parmesan Gnocchi are just two of the starters.  NC Trigger Fish & Scallops in a spicy pesto with tomato and fresh mozz over linguine.  Thai Style Tuna/Shrimp/Mussels over glass noodles, and the Catch of the Day is Snapper!

Friday May 17
The weather has reached 80+ degrees and the menu is cooling off for Summer!  Tonight's soup - Gazpacho. On the Appetizer side Donny's doing Mussels - Basil Pesto, Oreganato, Dijonaise or Coconut Ginger Chili, tell him how you want them!  Finishing off the Appetizer Specials, Asiago Gnocchi with spinach, feta, and tomato.  Entrees - Spicy Thai Medley makes the menu again this weekend, as well as a beautiful fresh Grouper, and NC Trigger fish & Little neck Clams from Sneads Ferry.

Hey Max Fans! Chef Michael has a lead on some beautiful soft shell crabs that will be in for the weekend.  Chef Donny has been hand rolling some gorgeous pasta, and I can only guess this weekend specials will be amazing!  In the mean time behind the bar, Margie has mixed up her first of many batches of White Peach Sangria.......it's officially Summer!  Cheers!

Happy Thursday!  Donny has a wild mushroom soup tonight.  For apps there are some BIG ass oysters in a spicy remulade with mixed greens and citrus.  He also has a smoked Beef Empanada in a tomato-spinach Dijon sauce.  For entrees there is a shrimp & scallop puttanesca with tomato & basil over linguine.  The Thai combo is back with swordfish, shrimp, mussels in a spicy chili-coconut-cilantro sauce.  And the best for last.....Lobster & Shrimp Pillow in a garlic-saffron-tomato cream sauce.  See you for dinner!

Happy Saturday Sports Fans!  Chef Donny has been roasting garlic, peppers, and various other vegetables to come up with his amazing selections tonight!  In keeping with the weekend, he will be running the same specials as last nights post.  So good in fact, he's doing it all over again tonight!
Josh is behind the bar, and Foothills Brewing's Carolina Blonde has joined him on tap!
