Hello all!  We have been very busy around here lately, after all, summer is over and new fall menu items are in the works along with some yummy new wine and beers that should be arriving soon!  Chef Donny has a little artichoke thing going on these days, he's steaming and marinating them while he misses the Greek Islands.....so, he's got a beautiful Greek Salad with local feta, artichoke, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, fresh lemon and...wait for it....lightly fried calamari and spicy aioli.  He's also into cold smoking some skirt steaks with a potato cake and a spicy demon pesto creme fresh and late harvest tomato.  He's still pumping out the mushroom ravioli by hand too!  We have two new beers on tap, and more to come as the seasons change!

Chef Donny has some beautiful Salmon in house and is serving it with a potato cake, spinach and a Dijon cream.....oh yeah!  Also has Soft shell crabs in from the coast again, and the NC Grouper and shrimp are always amazing!  See you soon!

As the week winds down for most of you, we are getting psyched for the weekend!  Chef Donny has been pan frying NC Soft Shell Crabs in a beer batter and they are perfect!  He's also got some NC Grouper, Shrimp and fall tomatoes  - all local as local can get!  Join us this weekend, before the couch and football take over your weekend!  Cheers!
