Are YOU ready for the Summer?!

Summer is here at the Pizza Kitchen!  And we are bringing it in with a vengeance!  Let's start with talking about the in house pulled Fresh Mozzarella and tomato with aged balsamic, evoo, and basil pesto.  Maybe you would rather talk about the Mushroom Crostini with local goat cheese?!  Yeah, you will want to start with them both!  On the entree side, Chef has been taking a twist on the Chicken Parmesan, we know, so 1990's right?!  Not at the Max - prosciutto-roast garlic-basil pesto-lemon cream & topped with arugula!  It's got you thinking,.....Scallops are coming in beautiful and they are being served along with some grilled shrimp over Mediterranean cous-cous with sun dried tomato pesto..... Now, lets talk about the bar!  White Peach Sangria is back for the heat, as well as our local friends down in Holly Springs who by far have the BEST PILSNER IN TOWN!  That's right folks, Bombshell Pilsner is on draft!  Speaking of local, don't forget to check out some of our Summer Cocktails where we use Crude Bitters & Sodas!  That's all for now, stay cool, and as always - let Max cook for you and stay out of the kitchen!
