Happy Summer!  For the week of June 17, Chef Donny is missing the beach so it's all about the creatures of the sea!   Cioppino is in the pan over house made linguine.

He's got some NC Shrimp with roast corn, jalapeno and goat cheese over blue corn tortillas.
And NC Black Grouper is swimming around in a lobster-tomato-Burr blanc and glass noodles! 

For the weekend of June 7 fresh from the NC Coast Grouper & Shrimp in a lemon-butter-caper-pesto wine sauce over lemon linguine...Trigger fish-Mussels-Scallops in a saffron primavera sauce over angel hair.....Grilled Wahoo over tortellini a la Vodka!  See you soon!
