Chef Donny is at it again!  He's busy getting some BEAUTIFUL NC Grouper ready that came in from the coast this morning.  The PEI Mussels are flying out of here, you tell him how you want it, and he will make it happen.  Oreganato, Italian Basil, Dijon, or Thai Curry....it's all up to you.  He's also had the pasta machine out and has been cranking some of the best homemade linguine out that you can imagine.  See you this week!
