Chef Donny is busy!!!!

Hello!  Summer is just about over, but Donny is still putting out new specials with all of the local produce coming into harvest.  NC Shrimp with a black bean salsa and demon pesto.  Wild mushroom-Stilton Blue ravioli or a Vegetable stack with eggplant, spinach, garlic and goat cheese in a mustard-cilantro-burre blanc. 

The eggplant and roasted reds in the oven.......see you soon!
